Who we are

Magnetic Action is operated by Black Bird Ventures Inc., trading as All About Mindset (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Keep your details accurate, including your name and email address, so we can reach you about your account and your purchases.
• One account per person. Your account is for you alone. Please do not share your sign-in or let someone else use your membership.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

What Magnetic Action is

Magnetic Action is an online coaching and education platform. It includes the Mindset Map™ quiz, AI coaching guides, courses and lessons, Visibility Day, and Mindset Adventures™. Some parts are free and some are paid. We improve the product continually, so features may be added, changed, or retired. If we retire something you paid for separately, we will tell you and offer a fair remedy.

AI coaching

The coaching guides use artificial intelligence, provided by Anthropic, to respond to what you write. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it can sound confident when it is mistaken. Read what it produces with care and make your own decisions, especially before you publish anything it helps you write. You are responsible for the content you choose to use or publish.

Coaching, not professional advice

Magnetic Action offers mindset and business coaching and education. It is not therapy, medical care, or legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. If you need help of that kind, please speak with a qualified professional. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, income, or number of clients.

Purchases and subscriptions

• Payment. Payments are taken on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, along with any discount applied.
• VIP membership is a subscription that renews automatically each month and charges the card on file until you cancel. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
• Canceling. You can cancel anytime from your settings page. Cancellation stops future charges, and your VIP access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• One-time purchases, such as a single module, are yours to use for as long as your account exists.
• Promotion codes apply only as described when they are offered, and may end or be withdrawn.

Refunds

If something is not right with a purchase, email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to make it right. Refunds are considered case by case. Nothing in these terms limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.

Mindset Adventures and events

Mindset Adventures and other events may take place in person. A seat is confirmed once payment is complete, and any details specific to an event are given when you book. Some events involve travel or physical activity. Please take part only as far as is safe for you, follow the guidance given on the day, and look after your own well-being. You attend in-person events at your own risk, except where the law does not allow that risk to be placed on you.

What you create

What you write in Magnetic Action, and the results your modules produce for you, belong to you. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content, and to send it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, only so far as we need to run Magnetic Action for you. If you post on a shared space such as a Visibility Day board, other members can see what you post there.

What we create

The program, its materials, lessons, workbooks, quiz, AI guide instructions, and the names Magnetic Action, Mindset Map™, MAGIC Notebook™, and Mindset Adventures™ belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use them for your own growth and your own business while your account is active. Please do not copy, resell, or share them, or use them to build a competing product.

Using Magnetic Action respectfully

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use Magnetic Action to help anyone else do so;
• harass, threaten, or demean other members, or post anything hateful or sexually explicit;
• send spam or unsolicited promotions to other members;
• try to extract the instructions behind the AI guides, or get them to produce harmful content;
• access the service by automated means, or copy its content in bulk;
• probe, disrupt, or get around the security of the service or anyone's account.

We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close an account that does so seriously or repeatedly.

Email from us

We send service email that your account needs, such as password resets, receipts, and booking confirmations. We send marketing email, such as news of upcoming events, only if you have agreed to receive it, and every marketing email lets you unsubscribe.

Your privacy

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account; the Privacy Policy explains what is removed. Cancel any subscription first so that billing stops. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first. The sections on purchases, what we create, disclaimers, and liability continue to apply after an account is closed.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Magnetic Action available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If your use of Magnetic Action in breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Black Bird Ventures Inc. is incorporated, and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live somewhere that gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, these terms do not take that right away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will move the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app and ask you to agree again before you continue.
