Visibility Day itself is free.
Most people freeze at the blank box
Not because they have nothing to say. Because “what do I post?” is really “who am I for, and what actually changes for her?” wearing a disguise, and that is a harder question to answer at 10:55 in the morning with the session about to start.
The Post Builder answers it with you. Your guide asks five quick questions, shows you four post shapes that work, and writes the post in your words. You arrive with it already done.
The five questions it asks you
Who you serve
Your dream client, and what she is up against
Not everyone you could help. The specific person you were built to work with. The more specific you get, the more your dream client reads your post and thinks she is being spoken to.
Think: what is her situation, what is she struggling with right now, and what has she already tried that did not work?
The result you deliver
What actually changes for her
Not what you do in the session or the appointment. What she has, feels, or is able to do afterwards that she could not before.
Ask yourself: if she called her best friend the day after working with you, what would she say?
Your why
The story behind your work
The moment, the story, or the reason you do this work. Two or three sentences is plenty. It is the part of a post that makes people trust you.
Maybe you lived the same struggle your clients face, or something happened that made you say never again.
Your proof
A testimonial or a client win
Something a client said, a review, a text message, or a result you saw them get. Share only what your client is happy to have shared publicly, and her words are used exactly as she gave them.
No testimonial yet? Your guide writes that post as a template, ready for the first one that comes in.
Your event
Something coming up to promote
A workshop, a webinar, a class, a launch: anything you are hosting, attending, or speaking at. Bring the date, the place, and where people sign up.
Nothing coming up? Your Event Promo becomes an example post inviting people to Visibility Day.
Four post templates
Pick one. Your answers fill in the blanks.
The Direct Introduction
Best for: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
Who you serve, the result you give them, and a soft invitation to connect.
The Problem Post
Best for: Facebook, LinkedIn
Name the struggle your dream client is living right now, then introduce yourself as the answer.
The Testimonial Post
Best for: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
A client's own words or a client win, where she started, and what it means for your reader.
The Event Promo Post
Best for: Promoting Visibility Day, or any event you host or attend
A personal reason why you attend, what your dream client will get from it, and the link.
Each one comes with a real example built from Gina’s own content, so you can see exactly how the shape works before you fill it with yours.
Image ideas
The right image doubles your reach before anyone reads a word
- A current photo of you smiling directly at the camera. People connect with people, not logos.
- A photo of you in action: in a session, at your workspace, speaking, or teaching.
- A graphic with your WHO or your result as a text overlay, in your brand colors.
- A before and after of the states you change, not photos. “From invisible to fully booked.”
- A client testimonial graphic, with the quote and their name.
- For the event post: a branded graphic with the name, date and time, and your photo on it.
Whatever you choose, make sure your face is visible somewhere. Posts with faces consistently outperform posts without them.
